Know Your Roots is designed to help individuals and families recognize, document, and better understand cardiovascular conditions and risk factors that may run through generations.
Through practical family history tools, plain-language inherited cardiovascular risk education, and genetic literacy resources, the initiative will help families have more informed conversations with one another and with their healthcare providers.
